Tinker Bell Gets a Character Greet Promotion!
With news that Anna and Elsa are leaving their temporary home in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion to take a permanent spot in the Magic Kingdom’s Princess Fairytale hall from April 22nd 2014, it seems like Disney have also been thinking how to provide even better access to many of their most popular vintage Disney characters.
Thanks to the powers of animation, and not a milligram of Botox to be seen, Tinker Bell looks as fantastic now as the day she first burst onto our screens in 1953.
Here looks have never dwindled, and so to her immense popularity among Disney guests.
Her move from Tinker Bell’s Magic Nook in the Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland will allow guests to use Fastpass+ in the Town Square Theatre.
Pride of place right beside Mickey Mouse, is surely recognition of 51 years of incredible service!
No dates have been set just yet, but we definitely think that a timescale pretty much similar to the Anna and Elsa relocation could make a lot of sense.
The only downside of this new character greet change, is that Tink will sadly wave goodbye to her little pals, as Fawn, Rosetta, Silvermist, Terrence, and Vidia head back to Never Never Land for the foreseeable future.
