Reunion Resort Water Park

The ‘Lazy River’ at Reunion Resort’s Water Park

Most guests split into very distinctive groups!

  • The Moms hit the sun loungers
  • The Dads and Juniors hit the Lazy River to splash their kids
  • The younger kids head to the ‘falling bucket’ play area
  • The non swimming toddlers splash safely in the shallow wading pool

I bet we are 90% right!!

Reunion Resort GuideMost of the fun is without doubt had in the ‘Lazy River’.  The meandering circular ‘Canyon’ takes you gracefully under bridges, past water falls, through caves and beneath overhangs with or without the help of a tube.  If you are worried about dozing off in that hot Florida sun, don’t fear, the designers though of everything!  Including an unavoidable series of water cascades that will keep you cool as you navigate the gloriously landscaped loop.

At lunchtime, theirs no need to leave the water park, or in fact your sun lounger!  The food in general at Reunion Resort isn’t exactly cheap, but, it is always great quality.  The menu items include wraps, sales, chicken strips, burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, pizza and the usual kids options.  To order, just ask one of the many waiting staff as they walk by, or order at the cocktail bar towards the centre of the water park.
On the subject of cocktails, Reunion Resort seems to have got the job covered!  Again, pricey, but, very well worth the money!

Gaining access to the Water Park is straightforward.  Located just a mile west of the Reunion Grande Lobby, guests find ample parking immediately opposite the Reunion Resort Water Park entrance, or, alternatively, Resort Members and guests staying on Reunion Resort owned property may catch the courtesy shuttle bus from their accommodation location.
