Age Limit at Disney World Parks – From March 23rd 2013

Something that we’ve expected for some time since trials of age limits on certain attractions, a new age limit at Walt Disney World for unaccompanied children in the parks will soon come into force.

When entering, any guests that appear to be under 14 years of age and without an accompanying adult, will not be able to enter the park without ID.

Totalorlando.com welcomes the news as a positive step towards child welfare, but, calls upon Walt Disney World to ensure that the safety and welfare of children that are declined entry to become a priority.  It may be all too easy for a child to approach strangers for assistance in entering the park, which may in turn counteract the intended benefit.
